Hi everyone,

I managed to get my hands on an ex dealer Husqvarna Mountain Cross 6 about 6 months ago and I've had some fun rides by myself and the kids here in Wellington, New Zealand.

But within that time I came off at a low speed bouncing off a tree a tearing 3 tendons in my right ankle keeping off my bike for 6 weeks. Then the day before returning back to full-time work I again came off after hitting another tree.(dame trees have it in for me I think)
I dislocated the end of my middle finger.

Then just when my luck couldn't get any worse it got stolen from out side our local mall.
Thanks though to a quick thinking witness we got pictures and a rego of his car he came back to, to get away.
One week later I was reunited with my wheels.(still had full charge in the battery)

Now I developed a fault an just sitting at home waiting for it to be resolved.

Hope things start to go my way soon.

Have you thought of taking up knitting or embroidery???. Hope you get sorted & watch out for those trees, when your back on the trails. ??

@Grant Allan I sincerely hope that you recover quickly and retain your new found enthusiasm for emtb. :)

However, you have earned special thanks. You are the second lightning rod this week to crop up. By that I mean that by attracting all the bad luck, there is less left available to harm the rest of us. My warmest appreciation, long may you continue to ride and survive.

PS: Never leave your bike unattended unless it is securely locked to an immovable object, or it will get stolen.
