Newbie Kenevo question.

Hi everyone, I’m just about to pull the trigger on a new 2019 Kenevo expert. I’ve seen a great deal on Rutland cycling grafham in the uk, and the shop is just up the road from me, so quite convenient! My question is does anyone have any experience with Rutland? I’ve never bought from there before. How is their customer service and after care, and dealings with any warranty work should the worst happen. Thanks in advance. ?
