Newbie, I joined today.

Morning all
Ive been riding emtb since 2020 when I purchased my trek powerfly 7.
I only ride green lining over the Sussex Southdown's and surroundings with the occasional foray further afield with the bike on the back of my car to start point.
I absolutely love it and on the strength of loving it so much and getting old , I have given up motorcycling green lining preferring the e-bike.
looking to change my gearing from 12 to 10 as worn out my first cassette and given up ringing cycle shops to speak to shop assistants who know less than me.
Had a flash of inspiration this morning as Ive been on a motorbike forum for years but just didnt think of a EMTB forum so hoping to get some informed advice later.

Welcome to the site Lampy. We've also given up riding our Aprilia SXV 550s, has just become too dangerous even riding to and from sites. SXVs have been sitting unused since we got our Trek Rails in January 2022 so will be sold this year.
