Hi there

I'm a newbie looking to get into riding and going with my OH on rides. He has a e160 and will ride the harder stuff. Being a short person (5"4 and short inseam), and not very experienced, I'm looking for an eMTB that I can learn on, be confident and one that is small enough to suit me and build on my riding skills.

I'm looking for something that I will grow with and get better...and tackle the harder stuff if I need to and keep up with my OH.

I've taken the turbo levo for ride on the trail and loved it - we hired the levo comp for 2 days. The dropper seat was adjusted to the lowest possible setting and still gave me good riding position with the dropper seat. I really like this but price is definitely a consideration.

Also looking at the liv intrigue 2 (can only get this version in Australia) and there's a powerfly fs 7 on special as well.

I've ridden the levo and love it. There's no S or XS liv that I can try, and the local LBS is now ordering it in for me to try. The trek seat can't drop low enough for me to sit on, but the other LBS is looking into whether another dropper seat can be added.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated. Essentially, I'm not sure if I should spend the extra (significant $$) or spend less and still get a good bike. Maybe I've sold myself too early on the levo, and now trying to justify the $$?

Is there anyone that looked at the liv intrigue and turbo levo, and made a decision?

Think you'll be lucky to find someone who owns a Liv, my ex has a fs Liv and loves it but now wants an e Liv but are like hens teeth and no where can you get a demo on one.
