Hi all

looking forward to many rides on my new Allmtn 7, #bootsontheground you are to blame for that..

also looking at all the faults im hoping for a reliable bike. 2 questions

1. have you insured your bikes and who with is there a dedicated e-bike insurer
2. allmtn 6/7 users have you blocked the headtube vents? i will grease my headset but was wondering to put grease on the back of the vents or silicone them up?

Cheers
Jon

Had mine since November with no issues at all other than losing the battery cover, luckily I found it but advise using a velcro strap.
1. Added mine to house insurance approx. £100 per year.
2. Why do you want to block the vents?

thanks for the info i cant find a house insurance with upto £6k bike included, called many as ive other bikes worth quite a bit.
if you dont mind letting me know via pm who you are using i would really appreciate it.

i was under an impression that the vents let water in and it collects on top of the bottom headset bearing race.
