Have set my previous Scot Spark ordinary bike up on a turbo trainer in the house as I have flex ion problems with one of my legs But for this combined with my e bike don’t think I would still be mountain biking Took me a bit to get my head round the concept that you were only allowed to get an Ebike when you couldn’t keep up with your younger and fitter mates But now accept that for all ages and abilities great way to actually enjoy mtbing and that years of self flagellation is not a prerequisite to get one

Hello Colin ..Great to see you on here and back out on the bike again ..its been too long ( nearly 2 years ..?) since we have ridden together for all manner of reasons ..injuries / medical ops ..to name but a couple...but it was great to be out on the trail with you again today along with The EMF ..
There will be some pics posted in the "General " section under the heading " Pic Of The Day "
