On the hunt for the Cube Stereo Hybrid Headset Compression ring 3D print file a few members have discussed on here. My 1 month old Cube has developed the notorious headset creak and want to try out the 3D print fix first.

Try this.
This is one I designed and printed in PLA with 100% infill. It lasted until I changed it out (about 2 months) for a complete superstar headset and I'm sure it would have lasted longer as there wasn't any signs of stress or damage when I pulled it out.

Just to mention, it was designed for the 2020 bike where the cables were routed through the frame and not via the headset.

Flip it over in your slicer so the widest part is on the build plate so you can print without supports.
Sadly I didn't keep the Fusion360 file. But you should be able to import the STL as a mesh and go from there if you need to edit it.

If the link doesn't work let me know.

Absolute legend!! I have the 2022 model but seems like they stuck with the old frame and headset set-up on the 140 pro same as 2020 version.
Looked at ordering superstar headset but UPS shipping fee is £300 to Australia!!
I'll be taking the bike back and asking them to put in a warranty claim asap.
In the meantime, thought I'd try this fix while warranty is being processed.
Pretty.pissed that the headset issue was not resolved after 2 years of issues with this set-up.

Thanks again MrPeaski.
