Hi there everyone my names Rider (not joking lol) and I got into cycling a couple years ago when I was running 3-8 miles a day and started getting knee pain from running too much. I'm more of a cardio nut than a bmxer or anything but I do enjoy both, there's just not enough local trails around me to really do bmx.
So that being said my main goal with biking is to go as fast as possible for as long as possible and I've spent a lot of time figuring out how to personalize my bike to accomplish this an wanted to share my trials and tribulations with the hope that they might benefit someone else.
Currently I have two bikes
1. Trek Rail 9.7
2. Trek Marlin 6
