I have a 2020 Felt Redemption E50 bike that is almost 15 month old with almost 6000 km on it.
I have had a motor replaced last Jun .
THe new motor feels great and has never pulled power on climbing hills like the defective one did.
Looking forward to engaging in discussion on repairs and maintenance of ebikes
