My advice:

Narrow your choices by defining your boundaries BEFORE you delve into deep research. There’s just too many variables and choices. So only look at bikes that fall within your predefined ‘sandbox.’

Avoid analysis paralysis. Somewhere along the line everyone has to take a chance.

Consider a local dealership or LBS. Servicing and warranty plays a bigger role than one might think because eBikes are an electrical/electronic appliance after all.
