Hey i'm pete, a cheap skate shed diy guy from england, I built my first ebike last month and used makita batterys , then i built my first battery pack spot welded last week 36v 7.5ah for £40
loving the ebike, handy for fishing off road, ive been none stop upgrading 12mph, 15mph now 21mph max and the next one is in the making which will be the final one for my needs.
