I have both a '22 Levo Comp and a Tero Turbo 4x. I had downloaded the original Mission Control app for these bikes and it worked fine. I received an email from Spec stating the MC app was going to be discontinued on 3-27-24 and I needed to download the new Specialized app which I have done.
The Spec email also said you had to delete the old MC app from your phone which I have done however, when I try to connect either bike to the new app, the app says, "connection failed, we could not find the bike". Bluetooth is enabled and I deleted the old app from my phone and yes the bikes, (individually) are turned on when doing this.
I've tried closing the app, shutting the phone down and restarting them both to no avail. Any idea why the new app will not "find" the bikes and connect to them?
