Hi everyone,
I recently purchased a new Trek Rail 5 2020 model. I've noticed it has a clunking noise when not pedaling and riding over rough terrain. I rode a new Orbea Wild FS with same Bosch Performance CX motor and does not have this noise!! I have seen a couple of videos on youtube and it seems that most bikes have this problem too. Has anyone had a response from Bosch regarding this? It bothers me a lot specially when I had other options like Specialized Turbo Levo with basically no sound from the motor at all.
Please let me know if you are experiencing the same problem and if theres a solution or we should claim warranty to Bosch ?
