Just received a new 2023 Orbea rise in a box. Built it up using my own parts plugged in the controller about half way through the build and tried turning it on, no power at all. I thought maybe I needed the rear wheel installed, tried installing it but nothing no power. Holding the remote power button does nothing.
Anyone know if there's a trick to powering up for the very first time? I've put it on charge just in case it's totally dead but I would have expected the remote to power up and show me the battery level at the very least.
