New Motor noise when moving backwards (not the usual clunk)

Hi,

Today I just noticed a new noise from the motor area when moving the rear wheel backwards (making the chainring move backwards also).
Please take a listen to these videos and let me know what you think. I have just got the bike back because a fork repairing so this is becoming very frustrating

To try it remember not to move the pedals but the wheel or the full bike backwards. Thanks!!!
