New motor changed in the Kenevo by Berkshire cycles, outstanding service (Crowthorne)

Amazing service at Berkshire cycles, had to have a motor change, and asked if they could fit a rear braided hose as well, “ no problem, if you’re waiting it’ll be about 20 minutes “ I was gobsmacked, damn that’s customer service for you, highly recommended these guys/gals at Berkshire cycles, Crowthorne high st, gotta thank @robridesemtb for his great YouTube videos around Berkshire cycles, highly recommend watching ?

Not every LBS can do this right now. It’s certainly nice when they carry stock on an item you need. If we can avoid the wait times…wow!
The labour issue seems to be a problem here too. They must be desperate because they even offered me a job as a mechanic (I know about half of nothing?).

Your right, holding the parts etc and I do realise not all are as swift, especially as specialised took 2 weeks to reply, but did me research and went directly to Berkshire cycles,
