Thought I'd throw up a few things I've learned over recent years, hope it can help someone out there:
Big heavy Ebikes can feel livelier clipped in with shock Rebound ran fast.
Reach too long? Run low rise bars with stem spacers. 10mm of spacers equates to about 4mm reduction in reach.
Use a 5mm Allen key socket to enable back pedalling when lubing chain.
Electric sander can be used to trim bars if less than 5mm cut is needed. Also gives great finish after hacksaw cut.
Diesel or petrol is effective at deep cleaning chains (off bike).
Straight pull spokes are a PITA to build with but makes replacing spokes a doddle.
