Hello there,

After many months digging this great forum and checking Rob's video, i've finally registered.
I still don't have an E-mtb, but i'm studying to buy my first one. Tried a few ones, but still not deciced.
A few bikes Brand i have in mind :
- giant (form Yam motor greatness)
- Spe' (for warranty quality)
- Moustache (cause i'm from france : cocorico !)

I'll be happy to ready all the great advices contained on the forum, since i may wait 1 or 2 more years before i buy my first E-mtb.

PS : forgive spelling, grammar etc, my english is atrocious

Welcome @TonTonUB
I always suggest buying your first eMTB from a local bike shop that you know will give you good service and look after any warranty issues quickly. I have a friend with a Samedi 29 Game and absolutely love it.

Oh, and don't take advice from your countryman @Zimmerframe ... he is pretty suspect really

Thank you for advice, Rusty !

About Moustache, i know it's good. But i really didn't like how Bosch motor 'pedals' (from the few tests i've ran, i prefer low 'frequencies' pedaling machines, more adapted to my gruntess :p)
I'll wait for new Shim' motor, test it, then decide myself (shim' or Yam, maybe Brose ....).
Or if i'm lucky, a system like Evation from Fazua could have my preference. But not a 1st gen' one, definitely.

Oh, and i'll show myself very carefull about countrymen ;)

Personally, I love the new G4 Bosch and the way it works over the e8000 and the Brose. If you want something that works better at low cadence then it is the Yamaha - well, at least the Yamaha in a Giant. Haven't tried any others to compare.

Most excellent dude.

I wonder how the new Shimano will perform, especially at low cadence. Could be a game changer in terms of choice, for me, since there is not much choice with Yamaha.
