Any eMTB hardtail should fit the bill. Start your search from there.

A good friend of mine has a Giant Fathom and uses it for exactly that. It also has some 'engineering headroom' to be able to withstand more spirited riding if your circumstances change as most of them do. Remember, with all-rounder tyres you can use a trail bike for commuting but using a specific commuter bike on gravel paths won't be as comfortable or as safe.

All the best in your searches!

If you're only commuting and tracks, you could even go for a hub motor rather than a mid motor, which will be simpler/cheaper.

It won't ride as well if you want to start throwing it around, due to a lot of weight in the back wheel rather than centrally, but for plodding around it will be fine.

Something like a Decathlon e-st500. I had one briefly and everyone who tried it on roads and tracks loved it.

It will still go other places, you just can't go as quickly when the going gets harder !!
