I notice in the manual for the intuvia display it says that if not using the bike for several months one should remove the intuvia display. Does anyone know why? I have two intuvia equipped bikes for four years and 4000k and have never taken the display off, even in Winter when I can’t ride the bikes because of the weather. In fact, my intuvias are blocked by a screw to prevent them being removed, which is fine by me - less likely to get pinched. Why would Bosch fix the display semi permanently if one is supposed to remove it?
