So I'm getting ready to purchase an S-Works Turbo Levo. The bike I'm looking at is a small frame. Based the basic Specialized chart I'm a Medium, however, when inputting my measurements into the Retül online software (5'7", floor to knee 17.5", floor to ankle 4") it says I should pick a Small frame.

The current owner is 5'6" and feels I'll be fine on a Small frame. I'm getting cold feet about the frame being too small, especially when parting with this much $$$.

Help?

Well of course current owner is gonna say is right size . He wants to sell it . I reckon ur a medium. Have u tried both sizes ? Cos it would be silly to not do so ?. I thought I was a medium and rented a lg and a medium. The medium felt cramped. The large just right . A shop told me I was a medium. If ur on the fence u need to test ride both .

Bueno, por supuesto, el propietario actual dirá que tiene el tamaño correcto. Quiere venderlo. Considero que eres un médium. ¿Has probado ambos tamaños? Porque sería una tontería no hacerlo ?. Pensé que era un medio y alquilé un LG y un medio. El médium se sintió apretado. El grande perfecto. Una tienda me dijo que era un médium. Si estás en la valla, necesitas probar ambos.

the best thing is to be able to test the bike, I don't think it is mandatory that it be an s-works, maybe an expert carbon is enough. You can go to your nearest specialized center and try a bicycle.
In my case my measurements are 1.89 and according to the specialized table I should have an XL but when I tried both sizes I felt much more comfortable in size L

I'm 164 cm (5' 4 1/2") with short legs and a (relatively!) long torso. I'm happy with my size small. I imagine that 5' 7" would fit better on a medium.

My wife is 5'06" and has a medium. I think ordering a small without testing would be a very big gamble.

FWIW I compared all of the specs between my current 2013 Stumpjumper Evo and the 2021 Levo Expert (both large) and surprisingly (apart from wheelbase etc) they were pretty much identical. Still wanted a test ride which confirmed I need a large. It's on order but we've got the wife's medium, it looks a hell of a lot bigger than her M Stumpy but cockpit wise it's more or less the same.
