NEED HELP with my e bike specialised levo turbo 2019

I was riding my specialised levo turbo 2019 model when the pedal assist stopped working and the motor sounded like it was spinning when I peddled like it’s not connected inside just woundering if anyone knows what’s happened thanks

sounds like busted belt, warranty it., they're good, and I heard some store have the motor in stock.
