I have one, great bike but the first upgrade is definitely the crappy tyres (at least for the UK). The 2.6" Maxxis tubed (not tubeless or tubeless ready) Rekons will struggle over roots and rocks, and well wet anything..... and are also oversized for the 25mm rim width. Vittoria E-Mazza front /E-Aggoro rear 2.4s are cheapish and good (around £45 a tyre) and work well in all weathers on and off road (my combo).
Upgrade the hubs/wheelset next (Neo 4 has cheap Shimano hubs and 25mm rims) that aren't really up to the job of an emtb but will last until you can upgrade. (Do this before even thinking of new forks).
Also (do this straight away, at zero cost) tune the motors Profile 2, especially upping the torque values in Eco to the right a few notches, (and Trail and Boost if required) which makes a world of difference without hitting battery range (a few % but negligible) and remember you have 6 power levels (split over 2 Profiles).
