Hi,

I have a 2018 Turbo Levo FSR Comp Carbon 6 Fattie/29

I used the Mission Control on my Motorola G5/S with virtuly no problems. I got a new phone being a Motorola Android One and the Mission Control worked once and now all I get is 4 Bars mu bike name and .... stuck at Orange connecting. As per screen grabs.

It see the bike, but cant get any further :-(

I've cleared the app cache, reinstalled as well.

Any thought on this ?

Best regards,

Dave.

PS Anyone know how to a Factory Rest on the "2018 Turbo Levo FSR Comp Carbon 6 Fattie/29" via the on/off button on the side.

I have exactly the same problem with my 2019 Turbo Levo Hardtail, it's not even a week old and it wont connect but can see the bike! Very frustrating

Have you also got the BLevo app installed? I've managed to get mine working by uninstalling BLevo and Mission Control then reinstalling MC. It now works

I dont have Blevo installed. Might try it though. Demo version would be nice.

For the records though:

Motorola G5s works OK.
Motorola Android One . Connected once and has the orange conttecting as above.
Old Motorola G (4?) . Works like a treat... my new bike computer from now on.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A works OK.

It looks like a Bluetooth problem because it version 5, the working are older versions

Possible solution (might be a fluke) but I had BlueLight App and Bluetooth App Sender APK Share installed on my phone. Removed these, rebooted the phone. And voila the Mission Control worked without a single problem.

Try again tomorrow.
