Sooo... I was after some shorter cranks for my 2018 Kenevo Expert and got the 152mm (i think) merida cranks from holland bike shop a week or two ago.

And I have 2 problems, I didnt realise that the pedals I were using had a nick in the thread so its threaded the cranks, any advice on rethreading would be much appreciated (although never had any cranks strip as easy as these did and badly)

Now i cant get the cranks off the bike?! to put my old ones back on that can take some pedals and arent stripped? Ive taken the self extracting bolts out but they both seem stuck on, am I missing some technique to removing them?

Both were put on with Park tool grease and been on less than a week so wont be seized but a firm knock with a rubber mallet isnt taking them off and I cant pull them off by hand with neither sides of the crank bolts in.

New to the forum (posting) but found lots of useful stuff on here over the last year or two so any help would be much appreciated.
