Maxxis Minion DHR II (2.6)

Hello There

Does anyone know if a Maxxis minion DHR II 2.6 will fit in a 2020 levo as it has the top brace across the top part off the chain stay, the eliminator that came on it measured at 2.55 inch, some people do say that the Maxxis do measure up smaller than quoted, can anyone shed some light on this please ?
