Magura MT7 - pulsing and clunking

HI, put my first non shimano brakes on my bike, Magura MT7 and MDR-P rotors. Thought I would try something new. I never had an issue with Shimano (after 15 years and 8 bikes), never.... But you know, I wanted to give it a go because they looked good.

On my first ride I bedded the brakes, had great hills to do it on. Rode for about 1 hour ( in mountainous region so constant up and down)without issues, all felt really good. Then the pulsing feeling and clunking sound started. It felt like crap. Everything looks good and at very easy braking it seems ok, but the pulsing feeling and clunking sound is not correct. I did not crash or stop riding and it just started doing it, so what could have happened? Thanks.....
