M820 connection problems

I have a new bafang m820 with a dp c030 display. I tried using go+ and it will not let me set parameters. I get the battery and assist level control but can not set parameters just a spining wheel. I also tried the besst pro. i can read system and battery info but can not read or set parameters. Any help greatly appreciated.

I don't know anything about the DPC30 display but with the DPC245.c there is a difference with the version of bluetooth. Only the DPC245.c version V3 will work the version V2 will not because they have different versions of bluetooth.
