I'm installing this new fork on my Orbea Rise today. It's my first time installing a fork, and a first time having a fork this nice (and adjustable).

I'm 235 lbs. geared up. App says start with 108psi and -7 rebound. I'm hoping someone could advise on initial damping settings, and whether or not I should install the two tokens that came with it. The service manual says none are installed.

Thank you!

depends what youre doing, Im 110kg (240lbs) I have mine setup quite fast on rebound, probably about -7 and I have 2 tokens and use both compression (fast and slow) 2 clicks off fully open with 100psi.
if im doing bigger drops etc on bikepark I might go more pressure and if im doing a long ride on mellow terrain, I might open up the compression fully and go lower on pressure..

Thanks again for that info, it feels great. I went with two tokens. I haven't done a real ride yet but I did some testing, and it sure feels different than the Marzocchi Bomber I had on there!
