Congratulations ?

So you are now an official beta tester?

Make sure you use the app to dial down the assistant levels though, they are too strong as standard and you'll get even better mileage ?

Well i guess we are expecting problems and its why we bought from berkshire cycles, although they are a two hour drive away I am confident that Chris will sort the problem while we wait . Im sure it goes without saying but aftersales support is a bit important when you have just dropped a shed load of coin, and in my opinion berkshire cycles are the best

Well my wifes expert will apart from tyres stay as factory spec.
I have upgraded my entry level bike with tyres (maxxis shortys) 160mm Lyric forks, four piston shimano XT brakes and a xfusion 150mm dropper

Hey Dave,

Happy New Year and well done on your purchase ?

And that is exactly why I bought my Comp carbon from Berkshire cycles, For the AFTER SALES SUPPORT. These guys are second to none ?

Alpha, Beta, who cares when there is virtually instant support available from these guys to cover anything that goes wrong as they carry all the required spares ?

I am really glad I took the plunge as personally for me, the 2019 is on another level compared to my 2017.

Well, here locally in Denmark there is absolutely no support. When I upgraded my firmware my lbs had to borrow the tools from Specialized directly and I had to do the upgrade myself as he had no clue how to do it. I have to wait until the bike gets fully sorted before I can buy.

Enjoy your new ride and I envy you that you have the local support.
