Hi all.
Brother and I have been riding mountain bikes since the late 80's, God bless those MuddyFox couriers!
Between us we've been lucky enough to own all manner of wonderful bikes, probably funniest was brothers Santa Cruz V10 with a pair of super monster t's. We had to put a 24" wheel on the front to level it out
Anyway, we stopped buying daft bikes and riding so seriously early 2000's 'cos of families, careers etc
Anyway, the other month brother told me to look at ebikes. The rabbit hole yawned open and down we went.
To cut a long story sideways we've ordered a pair of cyc X1 Stealths and dragged much loved old DH bikes out of storage. A Santa V10 and an Intense M1. Think it's going to be hilarious. Although we're guessing battery locating is going to be an arse.
Have started gently by bolting a bbs02 on the wife's hardtail, currently waiting for battery to turn up.
