2 days of potential thunderstorms across much of the UK forecast. Lightning and E Bikes in a forest? Mmmm!

Theoretically, on an e bike you have no excuse not to be travelling faster than lightning ... ;-)

The power lines and phone line to the house were hit a few years ago by lightning. Blew the top off the concrete post. Unfortunately also smoked the TV, Laptop, electric fence, ADSL box and pretty much anything else which was plugged in.

So there might be some advice in not having your e-bike on charge during a thunderstorm.
