Fully working. Approx 3 hours run time. The light has fixed & motion sensor mode. In fixed, it has four brightness levels. In Motion sensor, it has three + two flashing modes, easily switched between fixed & Motion sensor. In motion sensor mode, the light dims after a few seconds to save battery if it detects no movement on the bike.
Comes with handlebar mount + USB charging cable. It is used with marks on the aluminium case, think I paid about £160 for it. Bargain!
