Levo SL / Orbea Rise singletracks/flows in Europe/Alps?

Hi!

Can anyone recommend a resort in the Alps (Austria/Italy, elsewhere and maybe not Alps necessarily) where a bike like Levo SL / Orbea Rise could have a decent couple days?

Looking for singles to spend 3-4 hours on the bike daily, preferably not a lot of lift-access and great sights. Don't need those to be black diamond tracks, flowy trails would be fantastic.

A very nice place is Nove Mesto Pod Smrkem.
This is NOT the Alps....but it's a 100km long flow trail system divided into many routes.
Low power bikes would feel very comfortable here.....we come there as often as we can (3-5 times a year).
Corona rules allowes us to be there last week....in heavy rain, but it was just sooo much fun anyway.
