Levo SL Gen 1 Levo SL Firmware Update

Hi All

I have purchased a second hand 2020/21 Levo SL which the app is telling me that it needs firmware updates and I need to take it to a dealer, I have contacted a dealer who wants to charge me £50 to do this!! is this right?

Levo SL has a Mahle motor and cannot be upgraded as an OTA (over the air). But 50 is too much for a simple update.

The dealer has to do it for free, if their trying to charge you either go elsewhere or tell specialized UK, I was told yesterday by my dealer that with regards to any updates you can take it to any specialized retailer and it is free of charge.
