Contact your local specialized store - I believe its called rider assist programme or something similar. I personally have not used it but I have heard others mention it. Alternatively contact Specialized via the contact section on there website.

Glad you clocked that Doomanic. Just spent the last 25m searching for gen1 batteries for £550.
