Levo battery problems

So I have read a few posts on here about Levo batteries, mine has been fine until this week. First up thought it just needed a charge so plugged it in and all seemed ok led’s lighting up until I wanted to turn it off, wouldn’t turn off on the battery ? left it a while, came back all lights off and then wouldn’t turn on.... Did the same next day, plugged charger in nothing then wiggled the power connection and led’s lit up again but will not power up or down when you connect the battery to the motor.. any ideas anyone?
