Levo 2017/2018 Battery mount lugs failing.

I'm trying to find out if anybody else in the world experienced the same problem where the bottom mounting lugs are braking off. If so have you had any success with a warranty replacement?

Just discovered them today ,I do not ride on mountain tracks all my riding is done on seal roads
I am just shocked that this has happen, I am 70 years of age and do not do jumps
its got to be a fault.Am awaiting replies from local shop where I purchased

Exactly the same case, today I thoroughly cleaned and lubricated the bike and luckily I was unscrewing the battery and noticed that the lower bracket was broken. My bike is Turbo levo HT 2018. The warranty has expired, the new battery is too expensive, what have you done? It seems that this is not just a small problem. It seems that the problem is in bad plastic or the construction of the battery.
