Hi

I was riding down a stony track on Sunday and my front wheel flicked up a stone which hit the bottom of my Levo Comp. When I came to a stop at the bottom I realised that the Bike had lost power. On closer inspection I found that the stone had caused the cover to the charging socket to pop open and therefore cut the power. Has anyone else had this problem?

That is disturbing, have you reported this to Specialized yet?
Having the plug out and the TCU not firing up has surprised me once at the trail head, figured it out in a couple minutes though, but a rock strike causing a loss of power is concerning.

I haven't had it pull out on the trail - but did spend 5 mins once trying to figure out what was wrong when I forgot to plug it in!
I disconnect it as an anti-theft precaution when I'm not using the bike.
Great idea to pull it out when not riding as anti-theft precaution

Yes I’ve had this happen 3 times now due to rock strikes ☹️ It’s like the shock resonates through the frame causing it to pop out. It’s only happened on long rocky descents so far so ive just piped it back in at the bottom and turned it on again but it’s still annoying and something specialized should look at. I’m Going to use some tape next ride to see if that helps. @Specialized Rider Care is there any other fix???
