lt looks derelict tbh, the brakes aren't connected, one of the bar grips is missing, the chain is off

Plus there's no way to operate the front pedals and the extra wheel is just random

It just looks like one of those typical cases of wild bicycle mating where there was too much energy but not enough patience. I'm sure we've all been there.

Clearly not. Whilst it might look like a Pilgrim abomination at first sight : bad welds ?! (ok, he doesn't do welds), chain hanging off, general scene of chaos .... No PIL Grips !

It looks like the tube has snapped, and the front wheel is bent upwards. There.s a mounting hole so when the front wheel would have been in normal position, a seatpost,possibly for a kid might be fitted. Just speculation.

Whatever it was, it isn't now.

Looks like something off a dodgy council estate belonging to the local drug dealing chav.

Actually this car worked so well that the other teams got it banned promptly. So, it is not only UCI hindering progress.
