On my eZesty, I run 30% sag on the front and 18-20% on the back. The rear end of the eZesty needs a slightly firm setting, especially when pedaling and uphill. Often I ride the rear shock switch in the middle position if the terrain is aggressive or technical to give the back end some more support.
Bike is in the shop ATM so I don't have exact figures to give you but those sag settings are pretty good.
