Kenevo SL Ksl motor problem!

Hi guys,

My ksl has problem the motor has just been changed and has 6km on it and as I set off the motor kicks in then drops out and won't work and walk mode doesn't work at all. It was working after the new motor was fitted in all modes and in walk

The app shows no faults other than needing an update or 2 at the dealer

Any ideas of what the problem could be before I take it back?

Is the speed sensor magnet still attached to the rear brake rotor?

Yip and speed is displayed on the screen, the motor output shows for the time it works also

Just incase this happens to someone else I've been to my local specialized dealer and the motor wasn't coded to the controller, either that wasn't done before or the calibration wasn't done right or done at all.

So all fixed and working!
