Kiox, Wheel Circumference with 29 x 2.6"

What's the upper tire limit of the Kiox? I noticed when trying to put in the correct wheel circumference, my calculations are larger. With the 29 x 2.6", I get 92.63", but in Kiox the limit is 91.37". I wonder how much of a differences it makes in assist levels and speed measurements. Does that 91.37" equal a 2.3 or 2.4" tire (mounted on a 29" wheel)?
