Kiox display...is it wired or bluetooth?

I'm waiting on delivery of a Canyon Strive:ON. Looking at screen options as the Bosch Smart System doesn't integrate with Garmin. Is the Kiox 300/500 wireless/Bluetooth?

No. You will need a Kiox upgrade kit including a long cable to connect Kiox to the drive unit and a second, short cable to connect Kiox to the system controller in the top tube.
