Kenevo expert 2020 - broken dropper cable

Hi, just want to know if anybody had problems with that. My dropper lever was stiff from the beginning, but after check at spesh they said it is normal for this frame. But it started to be more stiff so I checked under motor cover and found out that the cable is broken. I wonder how that can happen? See photo. It was taken after removing motor cover where the cable i bent in the frame.
