Long story short, back in early April my motor died (W013, E010 errors). The torque sensor was dead.
It was confirmed at my local Shimano dealership & sent off to Madison. They had it for over a week before looking at it, and another 2 weeks to 'fix' the issue - not with a new motor, or torque sensor - no, it was a firmware upgrade.
And after pushing my bike a mile up a very steep hill on this lovely evening, I can confirm the fix hasn't worked. I got three rides out of it at least
If your motor is with madison (hopefully under warranty), don't let them fob you off with this fix.
