Jam2 range!??

Hi folks,I'm after some advice with jam2 extra range...I've heard about ebooz...but when you check out there are at least half a dozen compulsory questions I can't answer,and they don't reply to email..so I'm puzzled how anybody orders anything from ebooz??...they want 'tax code...twice....'vat number...it's a useless shopping experience...but I've heard the product is ok,if you can get to buy one..any advice from previous purchasers or an alternative other than tec...which you just can't buy,I've also emailed trail watts.. no kits there..maybe make my own??...
