Ive been getting the error 606 "external battery" problem

Ive been using my bike for several years and now suddenly it started giving me error 606 code. I have to restart the system and then it works again for a while.

Im hoping its not the battery but that its just the cable between the motor and battery that has bad connection or something?
Have any of you guys had this problem?

If you have not had your bike plugged into the diagnostic computer for a long time, then now could be a good time.
Its probably missed loads of updates and your problem seems software related .

i went i got a firmware update to the system. There were no errors in the diagnostic tool...and no complains from the batterypack (weird), I went foe a ride last night and was hoping the new update would clear any codes but everything got worse... Could not pedal for more than a few metes when the bike died. Then i got error 500...



I got home and opened the left side of the bike and found a loose cable... fairly loose so i hope thats what been my problem all along!
We´ll see!

ive changed the cable from the motor to the battery and everything seems to be working fine now!
