Is this the right rear set up for Magura MT7?

Hi everyone,

I am a new to the world of e bikes. I have been riding motorbikes though for many years and the "virus" of customizing and adding better parts is also expressed on the EMTB now :ROFLMAO:

Having said that, I have recently installed a set of Magura MT7 on my Santa cruz 2023 Heckler S MX. 220 Front and 203 back setup. However, I feel like the rear is a bit soft so far. I have not bed the pads yet properly.
On the official website of Santa cruz they say that I need a 1.5mm adapter for the rear (it can host a 200mm rotor). However, the bolts where I have mounted the calipers come with a ring/adapter (dark color in the picture). Is that the right setup or should I remove the silver adapter (the extra 1.5mm)?
Also in the front I have maintained the ring/adapter on the bolt.

So far the front is like a anker ⚓ , however I feel the rear is a bit "soft"

I would appreciate your help here!

If you’re running 203mm you need to have your 1.5mm washers under the caliper, not over it.
