Some great deals about right now on SL ebikes. Trek, some Mondraker, even Whyte beginning to discount the E Lyte.

Is it time to buy or is there further gold down the road? News reports around yesterday that the bike industry is still in the toilet, so maybe better deals later? Still have my hardtail so can just keep getting fitter in the meantime

Its a buyers market at the moment, so may even be able to wangle a better price than what they are being advertised at

I purchased a Trek Fuel EXE earlier this year from the LBS. The price was just OK. Within a few weeks I noticed the pricing on this model starting to drop. I haggled at the time with some success but I returned within the 30 days to the LBS and received an additional reduction (few hundred $ credit). I guess that was enough to satisfy me.

I don’t want to see LBS’s closing there doors. They’re good for me and good for the local economy. But I still search around for the best deal.
